Tikesha McMullen Boyd, a.k.a. Miss Lady Blues, is an American Songwriter and  "Southern Soul"/Blues Artist. "Miss Lady" as many call her, was born and raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She now resides in Atlanta, Georgia. "Miss Lady" started to perfect her craft and showmanship by joining a singing group/band "Eloquence" and performing in various local talent shows. She later gained interest in the business side of the Music Industry.  After learning the business and noticing the "politics" that go along with most genres in the industry,  "Miss Lady" decided to take a different approach.

In 2013, she recorded 3 self-released singles, "Like You Used To", "She Ain't Me, and "Back It Up With This Lip". All 3 records were penned by "Miss Lady" to sell and license to the record labels, but she chose to record and release them herself. The records have quickly become favorites among Blues and Southern Soul fans. Urban radio stations across the Southeast put the songs in regular rotation, which have led to promoters booking "Miss Lady Blues" for numerous shows. "Miss Lady" constantly writes, records, and continues to work as a live performer. She is truly creating her own space in Southern Soul.
