Medal of Honor recipient Maj. Ed "Too Tall" Freeman passed away this week. You may recall he was featured in war correspondent Joe Galloway's book and subsequent movie "We Were Soldiers Once... and Young". We interviewed Galloway and Too Tall's best friend Bruce Crandall (played by actor Greg Kinnear in the film), also a Medal of Honor recipient about that day in the Valley of Death on Mar 2, 2007, just days after Crandall was honored by the President. Here he and Galloway talk about Too Tall Freeman, an American hero.
