We’ve all seen the dog with the vest, and most of us appreciate how they help the disabled get along. But maybe not those “fake” service dogs for people who have no visible disability. Right? Or not.

Marcie Davis describes herself as a transformation agent, thought leader, businesswoman, public speaker, and assistance dog advocate. As a paraplegic for more than 40 years she has been partnered with service dogs for more than twenty years. She’s written a book, “Working Like Dogs: The Service Dog Guidebook,” founded International Assistance Dog Week, and has a radio show on Pet Life Radio.
