Dr. William F. Pepper is an acclaimed author and a Barrister. His most notable books are both penetrating alternate investigative works on the plot to assassinate his friend and client the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., "Orders To Kill" and "An Act Of State." His most notable task was his involvement in pushing a trial to prove forces other than James Earl Ray killed King, a trial that the major media was complicit in not covering. It is on this day April 4th, the 46th Anniversary of his death that Chris Stevenson has him on as guest on 3600seconds (Like us on Facebook).

Dr. Pepper called in 1991 to the Bar of England and Wales, and an Attorney at Law in the United States, specializing in international human rights. He represented Dr. Martin Luther King’s family in a civil action which revealed the truth about the assassination, including the innocence of King’s alleged assassin, James Earl Ray, whom he also represented. He is a past Convener of the Seminar in International Human Rights at the University of Oxford, England.
