Did you know that 23.6 million americans are living with diabetes? Diabetes is a silent killer in our communities. So often the symptoms go unannounced. It effects adults and our children if the signs are ignored. A borderline diabetic my-self , I have taken great measures to take control of my blood sugars and my health. On October 16, 2010, I will be participating in America's Diabetes Assoication Step Out Walk: Fight for Diabetes.
