Joe Martin, President & CEO of Truckercise will join Courtney this week to discuss his healthy living program and the Trucker's Road to Health audio book. Joe believes that leading a healthy and happy lifestyle means taking measures to prevent future heath problems and not waiting until after disaster strikes to re-evaluate habits.

Pride & Polish team member Tim Middaugh will round out this weeks show. Tim met the Courtney Wilson Show team at GATS & expressed how big of a fan he was, so Courtney decided to extend an invitation to be a guest.
