Justina Mutale is the multi-award winning founder & CEO of Perryfield Promotions, an international PR and Media company based in London. She is also Vice-President of International Styles Inc, a media company based in Atlanta USA and Executive Director of the Southern African Business & Entrepreneurship Network in the UK. Until a few years ago, Justina worked in the Gender Section of the Commonwealth Secretariat, an international organisation based in London, which deals with gender equality and other women’s issues such as women’s economic empowerment, gender and good governance, gender based violence, poverty eradication, and HIV/AIDS. Under Perryfield Promotions, Justina founded the Miss Zambia UK Beauty Pageant, which is based on the principle of “Beauty with a Purpose”. The pageant is dedicated to all Zambian women who have died of HIV/AIDS. Winners and title holders use their title and influence to raise funds for HIV/AIDS orphans during the period of their reign and beyond. Miss Zambia UK Beauty Pageant holds franchises for over 15 international beauty pageants spread across the Globe to facilitate the participation of winners and contestants of Miss Zambia UK to fly the Zambian flag around the world. In 2008, Justina founded POSITIVE RUNWAY: Global Catwalk to Stop the Spread - a global HIV/AIDS response campaign that tours the world working with models, beauty queens, fashion designers and celebrities from film, fashion, music, television, etc as effective advocates for the young generation in the fight against the spread of HIV/AIDS.
