Join in Monday evening, Dec 11th @9pm e.s.t. as Trish gets the opportunity to speak with Personal Safety Expert Anny Jacoby, The Realistic Female Self Defense Company & Fndr Project Safe Girls.

It is a truth in our society today that being able to defend ourselves is something all person's should know; Anny Jacoby has developed a program specifically for the female body. She has been developing these training classes for women & young girls since her certification as a Personal Defense Instructor back in 2008. Today her Project Safe Girls is a course used at YWCA'S and after school programs helping younger girls develope the skills & confidence in their own ability to protect themselves and difuse a violent situation.

There have been many studies done which prove men & women assault each other at about the same rate in violent relationships. However, it is by their stature & muscular strength that men are often able to overpower a female's body build without much effort. In order to protect against the created greater strength and muscular build of the male, women & young girls need to learn these needed skills to help defend themselves in any given violent situation.

Join in with Trish live as she interviews Anny for some great tid bits on defending the female body; how to use it in defense of an attacker. This is a show sure to be empowering for women & girls of all ages, so invite a friend or your daughter to listen in on this one.
