Butterfly Dreams welcomes Angelica Harris

Tonight we welcome Ms. Angelica Harris to Butterfly Dreams Talk Radio. She's author of her autobiography in the title, 'Living with Rage'. She's also a speaker with RAINN and the creator of the Excalibur Children's Reading Program. It's always a special treat when we have the opportunity to interview someone who has used their journey in recovery from abuse to help others find their way. Angelica's history with abuse and violence began a long time ago when she was just a child. As she made her way through a home filled with Rage and Violence deeply embedded in her family's history, writing was her place of solace; a peaceful place filled with magical creations. Tonight as we chat one on one with this FIGHTER OF THE ROUNDTABLE we will hear about her challenges from the impacts of Family Violence. We will also talk about how she created the magic of art inspiration for children today, which is what the Excalibur Reading Program is designed to encourage; allowing children to find their own safe haven through creative writing and the wonder of all art forms. We'll also hear about THE UNICORN PROJECT which is her program to help victims of violence find resources of help to cope and escape for themselves and their children.
