Dr. Grace on Holistic Health, Laura in Vallarta & Jen Mulhern on Cellos

We will be joined LIVE in the studio by Dr. Meridian Grace, holistic doctor, founder of Awakening Health,  integrating the wisdom of the ancients with the most up-to-date medical technology.  Meridian has studied for over 40 years with internationally acclaimed leaders in natural healing techniques from around the world.  We are designed to live in harmony with all of nature and her  rhythms. When we do this health is the result.  When we don't, disease shows up to act as a guiding light to show us where we need to bring our focus.  Meridian will discuss natural ways to stay healthy throughout the winter.
