Sarah Bamford Seidelmann,fourth-generation physician turned shamanic healer and life coach, lives with her husband and  4 children near the shores of Lake Superior. Her first book,  What The Walrus Knows, is getting rave reviews on Amazon. Her second book, went to the top of the ADHD category  on Amazon on its launch Born to FREAK:  A Salty Primer for Irrepressible Humans.  "Since my teen years I have longed to go to India.  I was a bit obsessed with Ghandi in high school and have always been drawn to Indian design, spirituality and the food.   Slumdog Millionaire is probably one of my all time favorite films about the invincibility of the heart and spirit despite staggering difficulty.  When the local yoga group announced they were planning a trip to the Khumba Mela in Allahabad in 2013, the largest gathering of humanity on earth for a spiritual purpose.   I recognized this was how I was to go to India.  70 million people will gather at the confluence of two rivers where it becomes the Ganges at this very auspicious time to intend peace for the world."

Join me as we discuss Sarah's travels and motivation for her unique journey to India.
