Possessing The Gate of Your Enemies

Spiritual victories are always associated with obedience, just as bondage is associated with disobedience.  God blessed Abraham with spiritual insight and vision when he obeyed.  It was when Abraham attempted to make his own way that he fell into trouble; i.e., Ishmael.  Idolatry is placing a greater value on something or someone than you place on God.  It may be your children, your job, your talent, or even your ministry.  Disobedience is often the result of our attempts to protect that which we value most.  If we worship something other than God, we will be willing to disobey God to protect that which we worship.  Whatever we worship, is exactly what God will come for.  He will insist that we lay our Isaacs down.  Today 4 pm at http://blogtalkradio.com/wordworship, or by phone at 661.554.9174.
