Carrie Stafford is a passionate coach with a heart to help others in career and life transition.  She has over 10 years of business to business sales experience in the areas of human resource/payroll outsourcing, training, and executive recruiting.  During her time at Paychex, she consistently exceeded her sales quota in assigned territories and was awarded top salesperson in the Southeast.  Carrie received certification from the Dale Carnegie Training Institute in communications, sales, and high impact presentations.  She has presented and demonstrated to sales representatives, managers, and C-level executives the impact and value of change derived through Dale Carnegie training courses.

Carrie’s mission is to inspire, motivate, and encourage others to achieve their personal and professional goals.  In 2012 Carrie decided to pursue certification as a Professional Coach.  Her mission is to empower and equip others experiencing career transition to find fulfillment and purpose in their work.  She launched “From the Inside Out Coaching” upon receiving her coaching certification in early 2013.

Carrie has served several non-profit organizations including the Atlanta Jaycees, The Lighthouse Family Retreat, Buckhead Church and Christ Centered Career Groups (C3G).  She counsels people experiencing difficult life circumstances through her church’s Hope Mentor program.  In her free time she enjoys tennis, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.
