In 2008 he became a certified DAN (Defeat Autism Now) doctor through the Autism Research Institute. He has developed a program as a result of his training and experience for those children with neurobehavioral disorders. Dr. Picard specializes in the care of Acute, Chronic & difficult cases utilizing Applied Kinesiology, Chiropractic Neurology, Nutrition, Chiropractic, and Functional Endocrinology.
