The "THIRD HEAVEN" is where ELOHIM (GOD our Creator and Maker) dwells/lives and where HE (GOD) releases unto those "GRANTED ACCESS" utterances (DIVINE counsels and strategies) of HIS KINGDOM to be implemented here on planet earth to advance HIS KINGDOM.
The MASTER will be clothing us in the armor and garments that will make us "suited" for the Restoration Age assignment, mandate, ministry, movement and end-time showdown that HE has entrusted to our care.
