Anna Cerkevich, Anahata International
As a not-for-profit organization, Anahata International's mission is to empower people to work through trauma and improve their quality of life. They do this by sharing the physical and mental health benefits of yoga and holistic wellness services with individuals who would not otherwise have access to these services. Believing that every person deserves a path to wellbeing and basic self care, they work in partnership with community-based organizations to build strong ongoing programs in trauma-affected areas around the world, including places such as Rwanda and the West Bank.
