Reconstruction was a time for African-Americans to integrate and participate in the fabric of America. Instead, Jim Crow limited that integration & our access to the ballot box. Today, 28 states have introduced 106 Jim Crow Laws that restrict access to voting, hurting people of color. Pennsylvania headlines our discussion with Rep.
