Or are you? Most people who have tried... and tried... and tried again, will quietly attest to the sad truth that most of the diets they have tried either didn't work, or didn't create lasting results.  I can't tell you how many times I've heard clients say "It was great while I was doing it. But once I stopped, the weight came back... the pain came back... the insomnia came back... the digestive problems came back."  Again, you get the idea. If you're tired of getting on and off the diet roller coaster... I got the answer for you.  It's called Metabolic Typing... and it works!  Why?  Because unlike other diet, well, it's not a "diet".  It's a lifestyle change whose premise is to build health... not just manage symptoms or force your body unnaturally to shed pounds through calorie counting, weigh and deprivation.  Oh No!!  AND... it's not a one-size-fits-all solution because, let's face it - there's no such thing! Digest This!Okay... so, now you know... I'm a Winnie the Pooh fan.  Well, maybe a little more of a Tigger fan truth be told, but there was always something about the way Pooh connected to the "rumble in his tumble" that made me smile.  More and more though, I realize that lots of people have rumbles in their tumbles that are anything but pleasing.  My mentor once told me that I would know with certainty when I had "arrived" as a practitioner when I could talk about digestive imbalances and "potty habits" as comfortably as any other polite dinner conversation.  Well, I've arrived and apparently exceeded her expectations because now, I'm gonna talk about it on the radio... internet radio at that! With more than 60 million people plagued with digestive problems... it's time we get to the bottom of the rumble.  This week, we take a look at stress (who? you? stressed?) and how it directly affects your digestive system.  And as always, you'll get some practical solutions to quieting the noise! I know... this could get a little dicey, but... I'd love to hear from you. Is the rumble in your tumble causing you distress?  And if so... What do you do to remedy the situation? Be sure to join us next week, when we tackle another hot health topic and help you connect your life... your lifestyle... and your health.
