Special Guest: Cool Out Brand

Mr. Vyas and Mr. Chipman first met as students at the University of Vermont. After graduating in 1999, they headed to opposite coasts: Vyas took a position as a support scientist for NASA in Silicon Valley while Chipman worked in Boston as an acute care physical therapist. After visiting St. John on vacation, Mr. Chipman decided to relocate to the island in 2001 and convinced his friend Mr. Vyas to join him.

After working a few years in the local restaurant industry, Mr. Vyas and Mr. Chipman established St. John Brewers in 2004 with the launch of their first beer, Tropical Mango Pale Ale. Since then, the two have navigated their company to be a successful beverage brand with beers, sodas, and hard seltzers in their portfolio.

With the years of beverage experience behind them, they have now launched Kind Grade, LLC, and the Cool Out brand - bringing the seltzer and hemp world together with the creation of their new, award-winning Delta 8-Infused seltzer. Cool Out’s goal is to bring hemp more into the American beverage culture as an approachable and social product.
