INTERNATIONAL LAW

A quick study of international law reveals that the people have a right to regulate their own affairs and establish any necessary forces to secure their rights when government fails to do so.

UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS

“Now, Therefore THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY proclaims THIS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction.”

INTERNATIONAL COVENANT ON CIVIL AND POLITICAL RIGHTS

“Realizing that the individual, having duties to other individuals and to the community to which he belongs, is under a responsibility to strive for the promotion and observance of the rights recognized in the present Covenant,”

Fulfill Your Duty

When current governments do not protect and are even the ones victimizing the community, then international law states that it is the responsibility of the citizens to stand up and enforce law and order. Those who take such a stance have the full backing of international law and the world community of nations
