WalletPop's Aaron Crowe talks with Nancy Keene of Stanton Chase, a global executive search firm, about how to fit specific job descriptions and be a perfect fit for a job. By the time a job is created and posted whether internally at a company or on-line, there are already very tight definitions and parameters. And until the market shifts, hiring decision makers are unlikely to move off the mark in search of “The Perfect Fit.” Candidates should make sure their resumes are in the databases of search firms, as it is excellent ''passive marketing'' for opportunities that might arise for which they are a qualified candidate.
