True Hate Speech: ISIS, The face of Islam, They train in Jihad in a foreign country, They vow to kill all non Muslims, Is your country allowing these Jihad fighters back on your streets?  Was this just a business trip for them, NO, your the non Muslim they are trained to kill, and now their roaming your streets ! and your country welcomed them back with open arms !  They go by different names, but their all the face of the same religion of death Islam. Is what i am saying hate speech, or is the vow to kill all non Muslims the real hate speech?
