Welcome to the Voice of Change.  Today's program is entitled:  Just BREATHE...B...R...E...A...T...H...E!  Taking time out of our daily life to BREATHE...is so important.  This simple action settles our nervous system in a huge way.  It quiets our entire system. It is the best way to come back to our true essence...to be still....to be quiet...to be reflective. Today, I will do a longer exercise in using our BREATHE...to quiet our bodies, during today's program.  Join us!  I do believe that THIS is one of my most important tools we can learn about today.
