Today the Voice of Change with Sharon Ann Wikoff will explore what children REALLY need during the holidays.  A recent article at DailyMail.co.uk revealed that during the week the amount of family time together on week-ends is about two hours and twenty minutes, during the week day that amount shrinks to just 36 minutes on average each day which makes a total of approximately eight hours a week.  Is this true for your family?  If this is a norm for most times, what do holidays do to such statistics?  Let's talk about this!  Feel free to call in and share your  views.  In addition, I'll share with you Pam Leo's article, "The Gift Every Child Really Wants". Pam Leo is the author of Connection Parenting: Parenting through Connection instead of Coercion, through Love instead of Fear.
