Based on over 30 years experience consulting using DISC Personal and Work Behavioral Assessments, she is the developer of and certifies people in how to use her PeopleSmart Solutions. Carol has a gift in understanding what makes people "tick." It is natural after 34 years profiling thousands of people and debriefing their profile report with them. She can teach others what they need to know about style in a couple of hours.
