Sarah McLean has been teaching people to meditate since the early 90's. She's lived in an ashram in India, a la Eat Pray Love, spent two years in a Zen Buddhist Training Center, and was the education director for Deepak Chopra's center in California and Byron Katie's School for The Work. She's the founding director of the Sedona Meditation Training Company where she provides training in meditation and leads meditation and self discovery retreats.
