STIHL Inc. has a goal to have 10% of the new annual workforce be veterans. They achieve this goal by partnering with several different organizations, such as The Honor Foundation, Virginia Values Veterans (V3), The Hampton Roads Workforce Council which provides veteran transition services, and the DoD Skillbridge program.
