Pedal Ahead - A San Diego Electric Bicycle Program that is Transforming Lives

Join Paul and Dave as they talk with Ed Clancy (United States Army Veteran, Co-Founder of Rider Safety Visibility and Pedal Ahead) about the San Diego-based Pedal Ahead program.  Funded by a grant and championed by San Diego County Supervisor, Nathan Fletcher, the program is providing 200 e-bikes free to qualified residents in San Diego’s 4th District.  Program goals are environmental sustainability, healthy living, active lifestyles and creating community. Ed talks about the program, rider safety initiatives and how these programs are impacting local veteran participants.
