Why did the Toronto police 11 division, also not investigate it thoroughly, or even at all? The allegations that are made in this recording, as to the culpability of the individuals so named, are also based on the direct evidence, that are also made available to me. First, as a witness to the fact, and also as part of the investigation. In almost every case, the police has also gotten away with murder, literally, or with causing some severe injury to some member of the public. The Special Investigation Unit, or the SIU, which is a civilian watchdog, of the police, has also never taken seriously the police's actions, when that has also resulted in some kind of danger, or injury to the public.
