Champion for change and ensuring the implementation, delivery, and quality of HR products, services, and initiatives. Develop human capital solutions for the Marketing organization and lead execution of human capital initiatives throughout the workforce. Provide executive coaching and assist in identifying interventions that enable the effectiveness of the Management team. Play a leadership role for HR program and/or initiative deployment across corporation, following a project management discipline.
