Is making all trucks the same speed, creating rolling road blocks, safe?
How will truck speed limiters affect auto vs truck speed variance?
What does the data indicate about safety & speed differentials on highways?
What about truck capacity, productivity, and the need for increased trucks on the road? How will more trucks on the road affect truck parking? What about Road rage?
Finally, how do speed limiters, HOS, ELD’s all work together to cause less safe roads? (hint:It has to do with wages)
