The fact remains the testimony appears to be extremely damaging and with his admission of certain behavior, it seems that it more  likely than not factual. Paterno has lawyered up and others involved have been indicted. Sunday night on the CBS network 60 Minutes aired a segment which focused on Congress and it's members involvement in "Inside Trading". It seems Congress acquires information on a daily basis which enables them to trade on the stock market with an advantage. If Gupta a former Goldman Sac & Proctor & Gamble board member is guilty of conspiracy to commit "InsideTrading", and has been charged with five counts of committing fraud which could result in him spending five years in prison, why isn't Congress privy to those same rules and regulations. Also in the spotlight, the Supreme Court has decided to hear the case of "The Affordable Care Act", Obama's Health Care Bill which faces opposition in Congress and various states across the nation..In my opinion Justice Clarence Thomas should recluse himself in light of the fact his wife is a forerunner for The Tea Party which presents a conflict of interest.
