It is only for states, local governments and non-profits.   Thank you.00:46:00truetalkernoCommunity,stabilization,foreclosures,banking,EconomyRE: HUD backing young Enterprises. Presently, individuals and families of low and moderate income are paying a large amount of money for house payments due to such loan programs like adjustable mortgages that rise sky high beyond afford ability within a few years. They are financially stretched and over burden, using every resource to the point that all of their personal resources are exhausted, thusly, the needs of daily living continue to go unmet. For instance, no money for food, gasoline, medication, utilities, activities of daily living, and other needs and wants. Least to say, a budget for insurance, car payment, dental care, and on and on. With the grant money made available by the government to Young Enterprises homes will be purchased and made available for qualified buyers at a very affordable price. My function could be described as that of a landlord overseeing a rent to own program. The process of a bank umbrella account will house the grant funds needed for purchasing houses and also receiving payments from the new owners on their mortgage. This would be a repository where the new home owners can make mortgage payments.Various government entities and community companies would work along side Young Enterprises to assure the inter workings of the program. Specifically, assuring resident's needs assessment and fulfillment, qualify assurance, ethical standards, while striving for excellence, efficiency, and delivering the best value to the government legislative authority. Therefore declaring this grant to be a plus for a joint effort with respect to my www.CCR.gov profile to change as we come to new terms and agreement with what is needed for the community as a whole. The ideas encompassed and reflected upon are for the purpose of seeking a grant exclusively for research and development of a new program into legislation. More-to come.01:00:00truetalkernoMoms and Family,Family,Business,Youth,Politics ConservativeFrom: Truetalker. This month the Congressional Oversight Panel reported “that nearly half of CRE loans at present are “underwater” and that the largest “loan losses are projected for 2011 and beyond.” Given growing concerns, agencies on the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council released a policy statement in October on prudent commercial real estate loan workouts to “assist examiners in evaluating institutions’ efforts to renew or restructure loans to creditworthy CRE borrowers.” Today Chairman Dodd followed up, writing these agencies that “I would like you to provide an update on how this guidance is helping to stabilize the CRE market. In addition, I would like an explanation of how [each agency] has addressed the CRE issue so far, and what additional steps you plan to take.” “I believe that the weakness in the CRE market requires prompt and robust responses from the regulators to guard against harmful effects on financial institutions and the economy,” Dodd said. “I urge you to redouble your efforts to provide appropriate oversight of this vital component of our economy, and look forward to working with you to bring much needed stability to the CRE market.” The letter went to Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Chairman Sheila C. Bair, Office of Thrift Supervision Acting Director John E. Bowman, Comptroller of the Currency John C. Dugan, and National Credit Union Administration Chairman Debbie Matz.01:00:00truetalkernoMoms and Family,Family,Business,Politics Conservative,Current EventsDODD ASKS REGULATORS FOR ANSWERS ON COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE MARKET Letters to Bank Regulators Ask for Report on Efforts to Stabilize Troubled CRE Market Febru
