Part 3It’s sickening at this stage in our existence as a people that we spend countless ours doing a bunch of nothingness. It's bad enough that a huge segment of our community is inundated with reality tv as their paradigm of existence while the others are either following the ways of the Euro-Gentile or in some religion or another. Then you have folk who have left Christianity, Islam or whatever and claim to return to YAH and do the same damned things. What is that? It’s either manifested as a so-called Yisraelite version of Christianity or Judaism. It’s simply sickening and ineffective. When it comes to talking real revolutionary conversations that involve real work, production, activity, the audience is slim to none. But don’t let it be about some pointless debate, and then the party is packed.  Compromise on so many different levels is so common amongst our people. Smooth words that support individuals and group’s ideals are celebrated over prophetic words of truth that force the listener to examine himself or herself closely. Folk are so easily offended by truth no matter how it comes forth. Self-righteous folk try to muzzle truth because it doesn't come forth as they see fit. Have you honestly progressed since you’ve come into the knowledge of who you are? Has life gotten better?  Why have you allowed yourselves to be convinced that failure and mediocrity is normal and acceptable for your lives? It’s time to rise to another level of thinking. It’s time to bring EVERY SINGLE IDEAL UP TO THIS POINT TO THE TABLE AND EXAMINE IT! What we have is simply unacceptable and beneath what Yah has created us to be. The excuses and justifications have to end. Stop using Scripture to justify mediocrity and lowliness! Each one of us has a vibration, a sound and a method of doing things. No 2 people are exactly alike. Unity in diversity can be achieved. It's time to knock over the sacred cows we so often have within the "Black Community". We have community secrets and sadly a whole lot of family secrets that have been passed on from generation to generation. What I mean is that we have certain habits, attributes, qualities that are often beneath who we really are that play a detrimental role in our demise and our inability to rise collectively. We have to now begin to have real honest conversation with each other so the cycle of dysfunction can finally end. This will allow us to truly rise and shine because the light of the Most High only functions in the realm of TRUTH can prevail. Why so many dysfunctional relationships? Why so many babies by multiple fathers? How does the absence of a father impact our sister's lives? What does a strong "Black Independent Woman" really mean? Why generation after generation on public assistance? What happened to proper parenting? Why does it appear so many have resentment towards the "Black Man"? Why does it appear so many don't recognize that being promoted faster by the White establishment over their Black men further divides our community? Why is the strip club lure so prevalent amongst our daughters? Should our sisters be part of the "Women's liberation movement"? Why do so many embrace the White woman's symbol of beauty? There was a time in the past when a “Black Woman” would never come out the house with rollers in her head and nightclothes on. What happened to our elegant sisters?
