Stillness and the sacred, how we all are hungering for this as we are dealing with so much change on the planet.  I am so grateful we have been able to take our time with this amazing book.  The Five Invitations by Frank Ostaseski, it is an incredable book of authentic awareness shared in such a vulnerable way. I encourage you to visit all our episodes and create a book club to share it's wisdom.  Surrendering to the sacred and embracing the spaceousness within. I love this quote, "Now is the season to know that everything you do is sacred." by Hafiz. What if I embraced everything I do as sacred?
