NHL Playoffs Round 2

Did you know that if the Tampa Bay Lightning win game two against the Boston Bruins, every series in the second round will be tied with each team having one win each? The Lightning look to slow down Boston's top line which recorded a  total of 8 points in game one. Washington could have easily been up 2-0 against the defending Stanley Cup Champion Penguins. However, in game one they gave up a 2-0 lead in the third period to Pittsburgh. The series is tied at 1-1 after Washington only gave up one goal and managed to score four goals.

Out West, the Nashville Predators were able to even the score on home ice in double over time before heading into Winnipeg for games three and four. Las Vegas shot out of a cannon in game one versus the San Jose Sharks in a 7-0 victory. Marc Andre Fleury now has 3 shut out wins which leads all goalies in the playoffs.
