The "N" Word...is it ever ok?

Is it ever ok to use the N word?  Some will argue that it is ok for Black folks to use it and not ok for anyone else.  Others will say that since we use it, why can't they use it.  Well tonight, we will have a discussion around this issue centered around the latest controversy stirred up earlier this week when Gwyneth Paltrow tweeted "N***gas in Paris for real" during a Kanye West and Jay-Z show.
