In a 165 lb. catchweight bout it will be Ray Kahler 1-0 of Halifax fight team, taking on Austin Chandler of Mount Airy, NC. Kahler hopes to build upon his first win and hopes for another solid performance at TOC 15. Chandler will return to the TOC cage looking for his first win.
