How do you lead and respond as a leader in dealing with conflict in a culture that challenges your values and at the same time challenges your attitude and behavior toward others with whom you share similar faith and belief?

Biblical leadership has become critical in our churches, ministries, and in our society. We want to discuss and consider the implications this has today. We want to explore how we speak to our personal responsibility as leaders. How do we in a politically divided culture bring resolution, but at the same time draw upon our strength to stand for what we believe?
