Gregory Wrightstone Talks State Level Cap and Trade and Adam Brandon Talks Dems

The Oregon House recently passed the state's Climate Action Plan establishing a state-wide cap-and-trade program to limit greenhouse gas emissions. The bill seemed to fail in the state Senate when Senate President Peter Courtney, D-Salem, announced House Bill 2020 didn’t have the votes to pass. This was after many Republican State Senators left to capital trying to prevent a quorum, fearing that the Democrats would easily pass this bill over their objections. Gregory Wrightstone, author of Inconvenient Facts: The Science That Al Gore Doesn't Want You To Know will join me to discuss what state level “cap and trade” measures really mean to everyone.
