Thyroid cancer is the fastest increasing newly diagnosed cancer in America today regardless of age, sex, race or ethnic background. Women and girls are 3 times more likely than men to be diagnosed with the condition and sadly, childhood cancer survivors are also at an increased risk of developing the condition.
