Are you ready for a 10 MILE MULTI-SURFACE RACE  like no other and a chance to represent the Western New York city closest to your heart? The Second Annual Metro 10 pits two unique running communities against each other in a friendly competition where every runner’s time counts. You choose the city closest to your heart.

Maybe you grew up in Buffalo and worked in Rochester, or maybe when you were in college you spent a night at Nick’s eating a Garbage Plate in college or downed an order of Wings at The Anchor Bar in Buffalo. Maybe you ran your first 5k in Rochester or Buffalo. It doesn’t matter where you live, you choose which team you want to represent and  help them proudly hold the title of fastest running community in Western New York as they hoist up the Metro 10 Cup!.

In addition to the opportunity to taste victory, you will have the opportunity to eat some of the  foods that made each area famous and listen to some of the region’s best musicians.

The 2016 event promises to be bigger and better with an earlier start time of 8:20 a.m and craft beer at the post race party. Due to popular demand, we will also be offering a 5-mile option.  From http://metro10race.com/
