Betsy J. Lewis is the author of the enchanting children's story book, RAINBOW EYES,under the pen name Jane B. Lewis, which teaches children how to respect Mother Earth, her creatures and trust their own sixth sense. RAINBOW EYES is filled with LOVE, COURAGE & HOPE. Betsy donates her book to hospitals, elementary schools, schools for the blind, under-privileged children and those with life-threatening diseases. Betsy discovered her psychic gift as a child when she began having dreams and visions of the future and major earth changes. She has had many UFO sightings (one chased her home from school), spirit visitations, precognitive dreams, time shifts, and premonitions/angels (they've saved her life many times!). Betsy began her writing career thirty years ago when she worked for major studios in L.A. During that time her first adventure novel was optioned for a major movie, which she credits her uncle (through marriage), and world famous author/director William Peter Blatty, THE EXORCIST, as guiding her as a novelist. During the late 1970s, Betsy began exploring higher consciousness in Eastern and Native American spiritual beliefs. She has participated in Native American Vision Quests, Sweat Lodge ceremonies and Pow Wows throughout the western U.S., Canada and South America and was mentored by Oglala Spiritual Leader and author Ed McGaa, EAGLE MAN. She is a Reiki I Practioner, an Author, and Amateur Archaeologist (she made a major discovery of petroglyphs on the So. Idaho border). Betsy uses a combination of Egyptian, Medicine Cards and French tarot cards to interpret psychic readings.
