The Ripe Choice Farm borders on beautiful boutique vineyards, olive grove, small-town living, peace, and quiet or a casual let your hair down atmosphere. The air quality is said to be the best in California. Clear Lake is the largest natural lake in CA.

Space
The remarkable studio space is a modern barn loft within a 100-yr old barn on a working vineyard, orchard, and farm. A fully open studio plan offering a comfortable seating area, dining table, king bed, Egyptian cotton linens, and a 4x6 walk-in rain shower. All with views of the farm.

Guest access
Gated farm with private entry to the loft.

Guests are welcome to walk the farm and enjoy the fruits of its labor. 

Other things to note
Don't be surprised if you are offered kisses from Chief and Annie, our two labs, during your stay. Also, you may see a couple of barn cats roaming the farm. Plus even a tortoise sitting of Tank, a California Desert Tortoise and family member for the last 20+ years.
