Our guest this morning is Stephanie Cochrane, proprietor of The Waste Less Shop.

Stephanie opened The Waste Less Shop in Manhattan Beach in November 2019 in an effort to help her community reduce waste from their households outward. She realized that accessibility and advocacy is a crucial step in creating a greener future and opened the shop to help empower others to take action in their daily lives. Customers can shop online or visit the store to purchase plastic-free household goods and even bring their own containers to refill products like laundry detergent and shampoo in bulk. Stephanie dreams of a world where both people and planet are healthy and thriving and is working every day to make that a reality.

The Waste Less Shop quickly became a local favorite and the response has been incredible. This morning, we’ll learn how Stephanie found a niche in the environmental retail sector and what products she offers.
