Together, they operate a development firm focused on value-add investments in single and multi-family residences and offices. Their residential focus is in the Beach Cities while their investment and renovation business casts a wider net.

This morning, Dave and Carol will discuss the South Bay Real Estate Market and how it’s reacting to the Covid-19 pandemic and all the political and civil unrest.
