We have a returning guest this morning, Patrick Maloney and his associate, Lisa Von Eschen from the Maloney Law Firm.

A resident of Manhattan Beach, Patrick opened his own law practice, The Maloney Firm, in the South Bay in 2012, after practicing for over a decade at a downtown Los Angeles firm. He represents clients in business disputes and has served as lead trial counsel in bench and jury trials in state and federal courts and in arbitration.

Lisa Von Eschen counsels businesses and non-profit organizations on employment law compliance issues, including exempt classifications, leaves of absence, payroll, discipline, grievances, terminations and reductions in force. Her practice includes advising companies and executives on employment contracts, commission and bonus plans, restrictive covenants, trade secret and confidentiality issues, and severance agreements.

The Coronavirus pandemic requires employers to address a host of new issues and challenges and this morning, we’re going to discuss Best Practices for Employers in the Age of COVID-19. In addition, FREE webinars have been offered via ZOOM all this week but if you missed them, you can call in this morning with questions at 714-242-5288.
