The holidays find us hurried and stressed--shopping, making food for gatherings, traveling to meet family, and stressing over all of it. The thing that often gets left out in the busyness is sleep. Rochelle Zozula, Ph.D., joins I Slept Great Radio host Nancy Rothstein to talk about strategies for getting great sleep even during the holiday season. Dr. Zozula is the Coordinator of Behavioral Sleep Medicine at The Center for Sleep Medicine, Capital Health System, Hamilton, NJ. She is also a Clinical Associate Professor of Neuroscience, School of Graduate Medical Education, Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ. In addition, Dr. Zozula is the President of an educational, technical, and clinical consulting service in Sleep Medicine called Sleep Services International.
