For those of us working in EEO compliance, human resources and employment law, we may not feel like there's much to be thankful for lately. Pending changes in the laws, aggressive enforcement strategies by the regulatory agencies, and continued exposure to employment related litigation are going to make our jobs more difficult in the coming months. But there are some good things that have happened, and a lot of positive things on the horizon.

In this installment, we talk about some things to be thankful for when it comes to human resources and employment law. We talk about social media, workplace flexibility and the advancements we've made in civil rights for all members of the labor force. We discuss the importance of acknowledging the small accomplishments that happen every day, and give thanks for some resources that make it easier to stay in compliance with EEO regulations and employment law.
