Our society says Just Do IT and YOLO (you only live once). At some point those concepts become more harmful then helpful. Is it possible this fast-paced technology-driven world is pushing us to be addicts? Do you have a hard time saying no to others? It is possible that your habits are becoming destructive, especially when it begins to rule your common sense or better judgment. Have you ever thought of yourself as one who HAS to HAVE what they WANT when they want it? You do not have to just smoke, gamble, or drink to be an addict. You need food to live yet people also eat just for comfort. Let's explore these stereotypical concepts so we can improve ourselves.
